Our commitment to excellent customer service is at the heart of every project

We are a family run business based in West Sussex and we pride ourselves on the skill, knowledge and experience that has been passed down through our family for generations and the passion for conservation and restoration that we have for our specialist trade.

From early liaising with our customer, we personally see through every detail from start to finish of the restoration, manufacture or repair. We never subcontract so all works are completed in-house at our workshop, ensuring you can trust us to provide the highest level of service and craftsmanship. We produce work across a wide range of historic windows and frames in Grade I & II listed buildings, homes, churches and new commissions. We work closely alongside conservation officers using our knowledge and expertise to ensure the full and correct process is always followed.

All work undertaken is done so with the upmost care and attention to detail using our extensive stock of heritage and historic glass, English hand drawn lead and specialised glazing materials. Our priority is restoring and repairing all windows with the respect they deserve using traditional methods to ensure that their history is never lost.

Our family has a combined experience of over 80 years and our customers have always trusted us to provide a combination of excellent customer service and professionalism along with the care and attention to detail that is required with every window, repair and frame.
